As you can tell by our name, our core focus is events held and organised by car clubs. If you're involved in a car club, especially if you're on the committee then we'd love to hear from you.

What We Do

At the moment we're primarily operating as a directory of upcoming events, but there's a little more to it than just a simple directory. We understand that most clubs have a range of events; from events that are restricted to members only, to events that are for members and potential members, and we can't forget events that are open to the public (either for free or with an entry charge). We're able to help promote all of these event types.

Public events are the easiest to list and manage. We'll need details such as the date and time, entry fees, location, event website details, and image and some text about the event; before you know it the event will be visible on our site.

Events that are targeting members and potential members are almost as easy as the public events. These events are often club meetings or recurring promotional days, so we like to include a club logo and the recurring schedule as well as the details we include for the public events.

Members only events require a little more work, but we'll help you through that. We can easily restrict access to events, but to make that work we will require access to your membership list to verify that users on our site are members of your club.

We're also extremely aware of how hard it is to maintain an events calendar for your newsletter and website, let alone allowing your members to automatically add events to their phone or computer based calendar. We can help solve this by preparing a custom club based calendar, allowing for different editors for different event types and helping to ensure your public events are promoted and your private events are only visible through the correct channels.
